I'm looking for a new vocal mic to use in the studio. Any suggestions out there?

One of the first mics I'm looking to use will be used for recording a combination of voiceover work for various actors and recording singing vocals, and even possibly some acoustic instruments.

The first mic that I have been hearing a lot about is the Blue Baby Bottle. This would be a great compliment to my mic locker and has been receiving many praises since its release a few years back. Basically, it is a solid state, single capsule version of their flagship Bottle mic and is a surprising all arounder when it comes to recording in the studio.

I've also been hearing a lot of buzz about the Avantone series of mics as well as the Miktek line. I've worked with neither brand, so I can't make any calls one way of the other, but I have had a bit of experience with a few different Blue Mics and have never been disappointed.

So, any input on which one of these would be the best from any of you gear heads out there? I'm listening!
